The Canberra Botanical art exhibition has become one of the most popular events on the region's Spring calendar.
Planning is now underway for Canberra Botanical 2010. Artists are invited to submit their work into this exhibition of fine botanical paintings to be held at the CSIRO Discovery centre, Canberra. It will be opened by Jenny Phillips, Australia's best known and internationally recognised botanical artist. Following is the exhibition timetable of key dates:

The Canberra Botanical art exhibition was first held in 2003. Since then, it has showcased botanical art from NSW and the ACT, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, New Zealand and Japan. In 2009, over 3,500 people visited the exhibition and 45 paintings were sold from both the framed and unframed sections of the exhibition.
